Be physically active
Physical activity has both a short- and long-term impact on mental wellbeing
– Physical activity helps reduce stress and tension. Find the aerobic exercise that best suits you (walking, swimming, cycling, tennis, hiking, football, aerobics, jogging).
– Practice moderate physical activity for at least 2.5 hours a week.
– Allocate time for activities that bring joy and make sure to take breaks during the day.
