Keep work stress under control

Self-help guide

Keep work stress under control

  1. Monitor your stressors
  2. Set boundaries
  3. Take enough time to rest

Keep a diary, for a week or two, of situations that have caused you stress at work as well as your reaction to the situation. It shouldn’t be forgotten that although it is possible to be available 24 hours a day, virtually, do not bring the work home with you if possible. Try not to deal with work matters after the end of the working day. Do not forget about a proper sleep schedule, either.
