Vaimse tervise probleemid on sageli varjatud ning annavad meile märku kehaliste kaebusena. Vaimse tervise õe vastuvõtule on soovitav pöörduda juba siis, kui negatiivsed või häirunud tunded ja käitumine hakkavad segama igapäevaeluga toimetulekut.

Vaimse tervise õde viib vastuvõtul läbi esmase vaimse tervise hindamise ja terviseriskide analüüsi. Aitab välja selgitada edasisuunamise vajaduse ning teeb tihedalt koostööd pere- või töötervishoiuarsti, psühhiaatri ja psühholoogiga. Nõustab kliente ja nende lähedasi vaimse tervise küsimustes ja tervisekäitumise osas. Õpetab stressiga toimetulekuks, ärevuse ja pingete leevendamiseks erinevaid hingamisharjutusi ja lõdvestustehnikad. Nõustab klienti uneprobleemide korral. Motiveerib ja toetab klienti raviteekonnal.

Vaimse tervise õe vastuvõtule on oodatud kõik täiskasvanud inimesed, kes tunnevad, et vajavad lähtuvalt oma terviseseisundist abi ja tuge.

HeBA vaimse tervise õde on Rhoda Vaiksaar RN, MA

Rhoda on lõpetanud 2012. aastal Tartu Tervishoiu Kõrgkooli õenduse erialal ning 2020. aastal omandanud Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkoolis Terviseteaduse magistrikraadi vaimse tervise õe spetsialiseerumisega. Samuti on ta läbinud kognitiiv-käitumisteraapia algkoolituse. Rhoda on töötanud 8 aastat unekeskuses uneõena ja õendusjuhina. Aastate jooksul on täiendanud ennast mitmetel unemeditsiini täiendkoolitustel ja seminaridel Eestis ja välismaal; viinud läbi uneteemalisi loenguid ja seminare. Rhoda on Eesti Unemeditsiini Seltsi liige.

Understanding the need for cooperation and learning to trust others. Openness increases, and you learn to search for solutions and overcome bottlenecks, together.

Mindfulness training

Mindfulness, or consciousness, has a positive impact on the performance and satisfaction of employees. It helps one to reduce stress, adapt better to change, focus on tasks, and enjoy work.

What you experience in the course directs you to notice your own ingrained habits and automatic response methods, and provides an opportunity to change these habits to be more conscious, calmer, more effective, and creative.

Adapting to changes, planning changes workshop

The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of opposition and agree on an exchange of information in order to organise it in such a way as to reduce tensions and create clarity within the organisation.

As a result of the workshop, each individual understands the role of the leader in different phases of change, how each individual can better adapt to and survive changes. There is awareness of the phases of change and typical problems and strategies to prevent hardships.

Stress management workshop

The purpose of the training is to raise awareness in the emergence or change of stress within a team and within an individual themself, to inspire group discussion, raise awareness, find solutions, and to evaluate the functioning of potential solutions in a cooperative way.

What is the result:
Able to notice and prevent sources of stress.

Engage supervisor/coach

Supervision/Coaching aims to find solutions to difficult situations and maintain the mental health of employees and prevent burnout.

Conflict management workshop

The purpose of the training is to raise awareness regarding conflict mechanisms and their reactions, to acquire and practice conflict resolution skills, and to agree on internal conflict resolution processes.

What is the result:
Increased self-awareness and acquired techniques to simplify the management of feelings and thoughts. Able to notice and prevent sources of stress.
