Individual health audits

We have a selection of health check-ups for you, which will help you get a good overview of your health. Health audit is a comprehensive health check-up , which includes major examinations such as an ECG stress test, ultrasound or Spectralis eye examination, or helps you monitor your health throughout the year.

In the course of the research, you will be subjected to various tests and analyses, which will provide a comprehensive overview of your health status . A comprehensive review allows early detection of health abnormalities and serious diseases. Before doing the health audit, you can Use the HeBA app to assess your health risks based on a unique health questionnaire – as a result, you will immediately get the first feedback on whether and what you could do for your health. You will find out as a result of health audit studies your health indicators and you will get an individual health management plan with personal recommendations .

You can choose the health audit or study package that suits you according to what you want to know about your health and what corresponds to your age, activity and health, habits and family preferences.

360° Health Audit

If you have risk factors for heart disease – stress, lack of exercise, heart disease in the family – or you are over 40 years old and you want to know about your good health and the prerequisites for the good functioning of your body and mind, the “360° health audit” health check is suitable for you.

Assessment of physical and mental status

  • analyzing health information, including disease risk factors, chronic diseases, risks arising from heredity;
  • assessment of physical health: auscultation of the heart and lungs, assessment of the state of the musculoskeletal and nervous system;
  • assessment of the psycho-emotional state and counseling in the context of the work environment to cope with problems;
  • advice on coping with or preventing lifestyle and general health risks;
  • counseling regarding the results of the health assessment and preparation of an individual health plan

Round the year

If you want to monitor your health throughout the year , an audit with strategic blood tests taken at three points in time is suitable for you. Health is dynamic and constantly changing , so it is important to monitor your vital signs as a time series, not as a single value. That way you get peace of mind and, if necessary , additional recommendations as soon as something important changes .

Year-round assessment of physical and mental condition

Regular – three times a year – self-assessment of health together with a strategic selection of analyzes help to notice deviations early , on the basis of which evidence-based selection for additional and more specific analyzes or studies can be made.

Contains 16 different indicators, of which 14 are universal and 2 are adjusted for gender and age.

The starting point of the audit is the base condition assessment with the doctor’s recommendations, which is prepared based on the analysis of all 16 indicators and the completed health questionnaire.

Two dynamic assessments are given after 4-6 months and after 10-12 months based on 6 key indicators , for which a repeated blood test is performed (if desired, if there are significant changes in health behavior, also a health questionnaire), based on which health recommendations are updated.

As a result of the health check-up, you will receive a health management plan and doctor’s recommendations .

What does it contain?

  1. Comprehensive Health Risk Questionnaire (a research-based 360-degree health self-assessment questionnaire developed by HeBA, which is the basis for interpreting analyzes and giving physician recommendations; focus dimensions:
    movement | heart health | sleep and recovery | nutrition | mental health | disease risks .
  2. Blood tests:
    • 14 universal markers
      • 5-part hemogram (basic indicator for evaluation of blood diseases, infections, allergies, inflammations, tumors, immune problems)
      • Blood sugar and glycohemoglobin (to assess diabetes risk)
      • Blood fats (total cholesterol, “good” and “bad” cholesterol, triglycerides)
      • ALT (a marker of liver health)
      • Creatinine (marker of kidney health)
      • C-reactive protein (marker of inflammatory processes)
    • 2 markers adapted to gender and age from the selection:
      • Vitamin D
      • Ferritin (an indicator of iron stores)
      • TSH (thyroid hormone)
      • Testosterone (male hormone)
      • PSA (prostate marker)

  • The audit takes place within 1 year from the first order of basic analyses

Balance of health

The body functions well when everything is in balance on the micro and macro levels – vitamins, hormones, minerals, body composition, heart function, lung function. Health balance assessment pays more attention to vitamins, microelements and main hormones in addition to the most basic assessment of the prerequisites for good health.
