В течение одной или двух недель записывайте в дневник ситуации, вызвавшие у вас рабочий стресс, и то, как вы на них отреагировали. Также не стоит забывать, что хоть виртуально и возможно быть доступным 24 часа в сутки, но при возможности не приносите работу домой и постарайтесь после окончания рабочего дня не заниматься работой. Не забывайте соблюдать нормальный режим сна.

What you experience in the course directs you to notice your own ingrained habits and automatic response methods, and provides an opportunity to change these habits to be more conscious, calmer, more effective, and creative.

The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of opposition and agree on an exchange of information in order to organise it in such a way as to reduce tensions and create clarity within the organisation.
