Vaimse kurnatusega tegelemine

Vaimse kurnatuse eneseabi on väga sarnane stressi ja läbipõlemise eneseabiga, sest need kolm käivad enamasti käsikäes on kattuvad suurel määral. Siin on Sulle välja toodud mõned olulisemad punktid


Täida oma baasvajadused. Igapäevane korralik uni, toitumine, puhkus, liikumine ja lähedastega suhtlemine on olulised tegurid vaimse kurnatuse ennetamisel. Need on Sinu akude laadijad, et saakid end ülejäänud ajal hästi ja energilisena tunda.

Õpi “ei” ütlemist ning ära tunne end sellepärast süüdi. Kohustuste hulga vähendamine või võimalusel kellelegi teisele delegeerimine ei tee Sind nõrgemaks ega kehvemaks inimeseks. 

Kui puhkad, siis 100%. Sea enda jaoks piirid, millal puhkad ja millal töötad. Puhkus ei täida oma eesmärki, kui Sa ka sel ajal töömõtteid ketrad või suisa laua taga tööd teed. 

Tegele naudingut pakkuvate tegevustega. Intensiivsete kohustuste kõrvalt on vaja tegeleda ka sellega, mis pakub meil naudingut ja ei tekita pinget. Selleks on näiteks hobid või lähedastega aja veetmine. 

Tee mindfulness harjutusi. Leia päevas 5-10 minutit, et tuua end käesolevasse hetke: sule silmad, hinga rahulikult ning viibi hetkes. 

Märka stressi. Pane tähele, kui su stressitase on kõrgem ning tegele sellega teadlikult. Stressiga varakult tegelemine aitab ära hoida vaimset kurnatust ja läbipõlemist. 

Muuda oma senist elukorraldust. Kui senine elurütm on Sind viinud vaimse kurnatuseni, tuleks seda muuta, et sama olukord ei korduks. Selleks pea nõu tööandja, tervishoiuspetsialisti ja/või lähedastega ning looge üheskoos plaan, kuidas edasi tegutseda. 

Otsi abi. Vaimse tervise õde, perearst, psühholoog või psühhiaater võib aidata Sul näha olukorda uuest küljest ning koos on olukorda lihtsam lahendada kui üksi. Samuti võib vaimne kurnatus vajada ravi, mida vaimse tervise spetsialist saab pakkuda.

The aim of the workshop is to strengthen a sense of unity and a desire to support each other. In addition, a “we” feeling and trust are developed. The aim is to provide participants with knowledge about communication, relationship formation, and values.

What is the result:
Understanding the need for cooperation and learning to trust others. Openness increases, and you learn to search for solutions and overcome bottlenecks, together.

Mindfulness training

Mindfulness, or consciousness, has a positive impact on the performance and satisfaction of employees. It helps one to reduce stress, adapt better to change, focus on tasks, and enjoy work.

What you experience in the course directs you to notice your own ingrained habits and automatic response methods, and provides an opportunity to change these habits to be more conscious, calmer, more effective, and creative.

Adapting to changes, planning changes workshop

The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of opposition and agree on an exchange of information in order to organise it in such a way as to reduce tensions and create clarity within the organisation.

As a result of the workshop, each individual understands the role of the leader in different phases of change, how each individual can better adapt to and survive changes. There is awareness of the phases of change and typical problems and strategies to prevent hardships.

Stress management workshop

The purpose of the training is to raise awareness in the emergence or change of stress within a team and within an individual themself, to inspire group discussion, raise awareness, find solutions, and to evaluate the functioning of potential solutions in a cooperative way.

What is the result:
Able to notice and prevent sources of stress.

Engage supervisor/coach

Supervision/Coaching aims to find solutions to difficult situations and maintain the mental health of employees and prevent burnout.

Conflict management workshop

The purpose of the training is to raise awareness regarding conflict mechanisms and their reactions, to acquire and practice conflict resolution skills, and to agree on internal conflict resolution processes.

What is the result:
Increased self-awareness and acquired techniques to simplify the management of feelings and thoughts. Able to notice and prevent sources of stress.
