This is especially important in PPA, where the specifics of the work require individual attention. \u201cAt HeBA, both clinical and administrative support are fast and cooperative \u2013 this makes our work much easier,\u201d adds Usin.<\/p>\n<p>The attitude of employees has also changed. While in the past there was a lot of explaining to do about why occupational health care is necessary, today such questions are rarely raised. \u201cEmployees have become more health-conscious and look forward to visits \u2013 this is a big change compared to 10\u201320 years ago,\u201d confirms Perli.<\/p>\n<p>Health checks are organised in PPA on a procurement basis, with quality and cost-effectiveness being prioritised. &#8220;In every procurement period, we look for ways to improve the service even more. For example, we expect that Tartu will also have more different options for carrying out stress tests than before,&#8221; Perli highlights.<\/p>\n<p>PPA uses both its own systems and the HeBA e-platform to manage health check-up information.
