\nMental health ambassadors are individuals who notice psychosocial risk factors and to whom people can contact (also anonymously) if they have problems or suggestions. Empower mental health ambassadors to take inspiring actions to support the mental health of employees across the company. An employee feels confident when he or she knows that there are so-called trustees at work to talk about problems.
