Keep a diary for a week or two of situations that have caused you stress at work and what your reaction to the situation was. It shouldn´t be forgotten that although it is possible to be available 24 hours a day virtually, if possible, do not bring the work home with you. After the end of the working day, try not to deal with work matters anymore. Do not forget about proper sleep scheldue, either.
