Seek Sleep Therapist's help

Sleep Therapist will establish a regular sleep schedule and advise on sleep hygiene. Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy is the most common type of therapy used for sleeping disorders but the therapist might use other techniques and types of therapy.

For better results the patient might be asked to fill in different questionnaires, keep a sleep log and perform some tasks related to your treatment. Usually the treatment is a combination of individual tasks and therapy sessions.
