Ensure good sleep!

Invigorating sleep has a positive impact on work, close relationships and quality of life. However, sleep deprivation causes daily fatigue and drowsiness. Your memory and concentration deteriorate and your ability to work decreases. Susceptibility to diseases, mood disorders and stress increases. Try to wake up and go to bed at the same time every day. Try to sleep 7-8 hours a day and dont use smart devices, TV, computer, etc. for at least 1 hour before bedtime.
