Use Creative Arts Therapy

Creative therapy involves 4 types of specialty therapy:

  1. Arts therapy uses visual arts such as drawing, painting, photography, working with clay to help develop new coping skills.
  2. Music therapy uses music and elements of music to help you recover from an illness and boost your well-being.
  3. Drama therapy uses drama and/or theatre processes to achieve therapeutic goals. Drama therapy is active and experiential.
  4. Dance therapy is a psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive and physical integration of the individual for the purpose of improving health and well-being.
